Projects Shuddhi

Transformative Initiatives: Empowering Communities, Enriching Lives

We conduct 3-day programs on menstrual hygiene awareness, attended by around 1,000 adolescent girls. These sessions cover nutrition, yoga, meditation, and period maintenance.

The workshops distribute hygiene kits containing sanitary pads and soap. Girls who attend these sessions share this knowledge with other family members, helping educate older generations as well.

This initiative not only promotes health and hygiene but also empowers girls with essential information. By fostering open conversations, we aim to break the stigma around menstruation and ensure comprehensive education for all.
